You speak the truth. Phelps is McLovin. Only faster. And a little more damp.
Except that McLovin must have pissed his pants when he got laid out at the liquor store, so the damp part may not be exactly right LOL.
Feh-- Phelps looks a bit like my brother, except my brother has smaller ears and no snaggle tooth. As for the dampness, I prefer to turn a blind eye.
